Even if the product has been opened and used, a return can still be requested as long as the following conditions are met:
Product function is not severely damaged
Accessories are complete (power cord, instruction manual, etc.)
No human-caused damage or unauthorized modification
We understand that ice makers are experiential products, therefore, we allow customers to open and test them within reasonable limits.
III. Return Time Limit
Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving the goods. Returns may not be accepted after this period (except for quality issues).
IV. Return Process
Contact customer service to submit a return request.
Wait for review and confirmation.
Obtain a return authorization (RMA number).
Send the product back as instructed.
Refund will be processed after receipt and inspection.
V. Refund Instructions
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after return approval.
Refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Shipping fee refund rules depend on the reason for return (full refund for quality issues).
